Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at service@ooambb.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours
4. If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and return address
5. Ship the item back to us using the provided label
6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Free returns (we cover shipping)

• Defective or damaged products
• Wrong item shipped
• Product significantly different from description

Customer responsible for return shipping

• Change of mind returns
• Size exchanges (if applicable)
• Products purchased on sale

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@ooambb.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@ooambb.com and send your item to our return address.

We do not offer size exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

All OOAMBB products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers

• Defective parts or workmanship
• Functional failures under normal use

This warranty does NOT cover

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or accident
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
• Damage from power surges or improper voltage

For warranty claims, please contact service@ooambb.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes associated with returning the item.

Original international shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that return processing times for international orders may be longer due to customs clearance.
